Service Department

Before returning your COMTEK equipment for service, a Service Order Number should be obtained by calling our service department at 800-496-3463, or by emailing us at service@comtek.com.

Once a Service Order Number has been obtained, please download and fill out our Service Order Request Form.

Please return this completed form with your equipment or email it to our service department.

When returning equipment for service, please use adequate packing to prevent shipping damage.

Once the equipment has been received, a factory technician will evaluate the equipment and provide a quote for the necessary repairs upon request.

COMTEK will pay for insurance and ground return shipping cost in the United States for all warranty service.

Warranty repairs must be done by COMTEK. Only factory technicians are authorized to perform warranty and service on COMTEK products.
